Refund Policy

Last updated: September 28, 2026

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for purchases of iSerpIntel services, including subscriptions, reports, datasets, and other intelligence deliverables. It applies together with any mandatory rights that apply under the laws governing the customer's purchase.

Because iSerpIntel provides digital intelligence and data-based services, refunds are limited once the purchased service has been delivered or made available. Section 4 sets out the technical problems for which a refund is available.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any refund, cancellation, warranty, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through iSerpIntel, including:

  • recurring subscriptions;
  • one-time reports or diagnostics;
  • datasets and other paid intelligence deliverables.

If you purchase custom or enterprise services under a separate written agreement, that agreement will apply instead where relevant.

2. When a service is considered delivered

A service is considered delivered when the purchased report, dataset, diagnostic, platform access, or other deliverable is made available to the customer.

A deliverable is considered made available when it is delivered to, displayed in, published in, or otherwise accessible through the customer's account, dashboard, report, export, download, email, or other agreed delivery method.

For subscription services, each billing period is treated as a separate service period.

3. Billing errors and refunds before delivery

We will refund the relevant charge in the following circumstances:

  • the same purchase was charged more than once, or the charge resulted from an error on our side. This applies whether or not the service has already been delivered; or
  • we are unable to provide the purchased service, where it has not yet been made available to you.

Before the purchased service or first deliverable is made available, we may also approve a refund at our discretion in other cases, such as an accidental purchase or as a goodwill gesture. Those requests are discretionary; the grounds above are not.

Technical problems that prevent you from using a service already delivered are covered by Section 4.

4. Technical problems and inability to access the service

If a technical or operational problem on our side prevents you from accessing or downloading purchased data, accessing your dashboard, or using the platform as described, you may contact us for assistance and request a refund under this section.

You must contact [email protected] within 14 days after the date of the relevant purchase or charge and provide reasonable details about the problem. For an ongoing subscription problem, the relevant charge is normally the billing charge for the affected service period. The 14-day reporting deadline does not apply to technical or operational problems that first arise later during a paid subscription period. This may include:

  • being unable to sign in to or access your dashboard, where we are unable to restore access within a reasonable period;
  • being unable to access or download purchased data;
  • a scan covered by your subscription not being delivered within the cadence stated on your plan; or
  • reports or datasets being materially incomplete because of a technical or operational error on our side.

We will investigate the issue and may ask for information reasonably necessary to diagnose it. We will first try to correct the problem. If we are unable to correct a qualifying problem within a reasonable period, taking into account the nature and severity of the problem, we will refund the affected purchase or, for a subscription, the affected billing period. The refund will normally be made to the original payment method.

5. Change of mind after delivery

Once the purchased deliverable has been made available, we do not refund because you no longer want the service. Section 4 above still applies if a technical or operational problem prevents you from using it. This does not affect any mandatory rights that apply under applicable law.

This includes cases where:

  • a report or diagnostic has been delivered;
  • dashboard access includes the purchased intelligence;
  • data has been exported, downloaded, or otherwise made available.

6. Subscription cancellations

Canceling a subscription stops future renewal charges only.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Canceling does not entitle the customer to:

  • a refund for the current billing period;
  • a prorated refund for unused time;
  • a refund for services already delivered or made available.

This does not affect a refund that may be available under Section 4 where a qualifying technical or operational problem affected the current billing period.

7. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.

Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once processed, except in cases of duplicate billing, billing error, a qualifying issue under Section 4, or where a refund is required by applicable law.

8. One-time reports and diagnostics

For one-time reports, diagnostics, or similar intelligence deliverables, refunds are generally not available once the deliverable has been made available, except for a qualifying issue under Section 4 or where a refund is required by applicable law.

9. Suspension or termination

Subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, no refund will be due where access to the service is suspended or terminated because of a breach of the Terms of Service, misuse of the platform, fraud, or non-payment.

10. Discretionary refunds or credits

iSerpIntel may issue a refund, partial refund, or credit at its sole discretion. If we do so in one case, this does not create an obligation to do so in any future case.

11. How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact [email protected] and include:

  • your name;
  • account email;
  • company name, if applicable;
  • date and amount of charge;
  • reason for the request.

12. Approved refunds

If a refund is approved, it will usually be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may depend on the payment provider or bank.

13. Purchases through Paddle

Payments for iSerpIntel are processed through Paddle. Depending on the customer's location and transaction, a relevant Paddle group company may act as the merchant of record or authorised reseller. Purchases may also be subject to Paddle's applicable buyer terms and refund policy:

  • Paddle Buyer Terms;
  • Paddle Refund Policy.

Nothing in this policy reduces any right you have under those terms or under applicable law. Where they give you a stronger right than this policy does, that stronger right applies.

For billing, cancellation, or refund requests you may contact us at [email protected], or use Paddle's buyer support.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time by posting an updated version on our website.
